To start the remote support please click the button DOWNLOAD FOR PC/MAC.
Shortly after, a dialog box will appear, press the ‘run’ button (Maybe you need to click it twice). This will start a TeamViewer remote support application on your PC.
Now call our support department on phone number +45 88 80 30 00.
Please be aware that the support department is open between 7.30AM and 4.30 PM CET Monday to Thursday (Holidays excluded).
Friday open between 7.30AM and 4PM CET
Provide the unique ID shown in the application to the supporter, and wait until the PC connection is established.
Once the connection is established, the supporter will have remote control of your PC and can assist you. When the supporter is finished, you can close the application, nothing is stored on your PC or Mac.
